Conflict Management & De-escalation



Many incidents of conflict can be mitigated or avoided altogether by recognizing the signs and signals of a potentially risky encounter. “Conflict Management and De-Escalation” training emphasizes treating all persons with dignity and respect, the practicality of recognizing the signs of aggression, reducing your risk and tactfully positioning yourself for safer interaction.

We currently teach these principles and practices to airport, U.S. government regulatory personnel, healthcare and workplace professionals. Simple, easy to remember techniques for interviewing people, de-escalating aggression, positively influencing the course of the contact, and reducing the likelihood of a negative interaction are the focal points of this course.
